ADR point - Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, is the largest Mediation Center in Greece and South East Europe, an official ADR body of the EU notified to the EC under the ADR Directive for resolving consumer disputes, the seat of a cross border network of mediators for civil, commercial, workplace and international disputes, a provider of IMI Quality Assessment Programs on Online Mediation, an entity specializing in business negotiations & private debt settlement, a member of ICODR (International Council of Online Dispute Resolution) and NCTDR (national Center for Technology & Dispute Resolution), a center for commercial negotiations and a hub for the development of IT systems for online alternative dispute resolution.

ADR Point has been officially accredited as an Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement Body (ODS) by the Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission (EETT), the designated Digital Services Coordinator in Greece under EU regulation 2022/2065. This accreditation, granted after a rigorous evaluation process, highlights ADR Point’s dedication to delivering neutral, fair and independent dispute resolution services.

As a certified ODS and in full compliance with Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), ADR point is authorized to operate across 18  European Union Member States, offering instant access to a resolution system for disputes between users and online platforms/ search engines, which contributes to the built of trust, accountability and user protection, critical values in a rapidly changing digital environment.
